The FZ-S is the styled version of the FZ 16 that Yamaha India added in 2010, using the same 153 cc carburetted single. It gained a more aerodynamic windscreen, new colours and graphics, a carbon-look instrument console and a sharper headlight. Wikipedia describes it as sitting roughly 45 mm taller than the plain FZ16.
